Lofti: Property Tech B2B SAAS Startup SEO Case History

Some Context.

Lofti is a end-to-end property management software with built-in workflows to empower both portfolio landlords and letting agents.

 

Challenge.

Our customer profiling research strongly indicated that Loft’s target audience groups i.e. letting agents and portfolio landlords primarily used search engines to find software to help manage their properties. Lofti were outside the top 100 in Google for “property management software” and other related terms.

 

What We Did.

We data-mined Lofti and their competitors data to produce a search content map that would produced oversize traffic returns to effort deployed. Content included rent affordability calculator which was one of the content pillars identified as critical for success on property management software search phrases.

Carried out PR outreach to drive brand awareness, traffic and backlinks.

Impact.

+20X Non-brand organic search traffic in less than 12 months.
