Boundless (HQ) are a HR Tech startup offering a SAAS platform to companies, allowing them to compliantly hire employees in other countries without having to set up a limited company in the employee’s country. Some stats:

Challenge.
Boundless had difficulties with agencies in that the content recommendations did not fit their tone of voice and their link acquisition was poor despite having engaged a PR communications agency.
Boundless also wanted to migrate content on their subdomains to their main site, which required planning and preparation.
“We had all these different types of content sitting on different subdomains which made it both difficult to manage, but also suboptimal to our traffic goals. We decided to migrate everything to our main domain, boundlesshq.com,” said Irina Dhambazova, Head of Communications, Boundless.
What We Did.
Our first task was to plan, manage and test the site migration of the two sub domains.
Once completed, we analysed the competitors and their data to produce a strategic roadmap which included technical and content UX recommendations.
