I’m on the panel at the UK’s first GEO conference

Share

GEO Elite runs on 12 November, 8:15am to 6:30pm, at Wallacespace, 15 Artillery Lane, London E1 7HA. I’ll be on the panel discussion in the afternoon, alongside keynotes and chairing roundtables on seven questions the industry hasn’t settled yet:

  1. What to call this discipline
  2. Whether entities have replaced keywords
  3. Why Wikidata suddenly matters to AI-generated answers
  4. What the new visibility and citation metrics measure
  5. Which prompts are worth tracking
  6. What AI search advertising looks like once answers arrive click-free
  7. Who inside a business should own GEO

The day’s keynotes include Jono Alderson, Malte Landwehr (Peec AI), Sophie Brannon (StudioHawk), and Chris Green, alongside a wider speaker list from Screaming Frog, Jellyfish, and Re:signal.

Early bird tickets start at £145, and only 120 seats are available for the day. Reserve yours here: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/cjeventsltd/2103280

Seven sessions, one real question: how to get ahead

Every session on the agenda, from which prompts are worth tracking to what the new visibility and citation metrics actually mean to whether Wikidata deserves your team’s time, comes down to the same thing: working out where the advantage sits right now, before your competitors do.

We built our own LLM in 2019

That’s four years before ChatGPT existed, and it’s given us a different starting point, having spent years working out what actually makes these models recommend one business over another rather than applying old SEO thinking to a new medium. On the panel, I’ll be putting that argument to the room.

I’d love to meet you

If you’re going to be in that room, come find me after the panel or at the drinks afterwards. Grab your ticket while early bird pricing holds: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/cjeventsltd/2103280

Yours,

Andreas
